Earlier during the primaries many of us were hopeful that perhaps this once issues affecting Hispanic business and individuals would actually be part of the national electoral debate. Judging by the campaigns' current focus on anything but the issues (any issues ..) it seems that Hispanics are, once again, the forgotten constituency.
